Sacred medicine work changed my life. Now I guide others through their own initiatory experiences.
Sacred plant and fungi medicines are calling us back into belonging with ourselves and the animate earth. It’s time to answer their call.
My first ceremonial experience with sacred psilocybin mushrooms came when I reached an impassable wall after a decade of therapy.
I learned about the reemergence of psychedelic assisted therapy. A growing body of research indicates that psychedelics might support treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and existential stress at the end of life. After many calls from the sacred mushrooms, I finally said “yes.” To my surprise, the experience finally lifted the heavy cloud of PTSD. And reconnected me to my Soul and the Divine. As I continued to sit with the sacred fungi, I learned that my sacred role here on Earth is a medicine carrier. To honor this calling I’m offering sacred medicine preparation and integration sessions. Serving as a guide through the life changing initiations and spiritual growth journeys that emerge from psychedelic experiences.

My approach:
I am a psychedelics-positive guide who advocates for a harm reduction approach to sacred medicine experiences. My sacred medicine work is influenced by my earth-based spirituality and the latest research in therapeutic approaches to psychedelics. This means:
I believe working with psychedelic substances is a spiritual endeavor. And have the ability to bring us back in touch with our own Divinity and the Divinity of life.
I recognize the consciousness of entheogenic plants and fungi. This means I believe they are teachers, guides, and more expanded consciousness that wisely lead the process. My role in the process is to support them and let the medicine lead.
I center safety and ethics in psychedelic work. Following a code of ethics and rules of practice developed by the Association for Entheogenic Practitioners.
I value openness and new learning. Joining training and continuing education opportunities to deepen my knowledge. Studying relevant literature and research. And participating in supervision sessions and peer support.
I interchangeably use the terms entheogenic, psychedelic, and sacred medicine for ease of reference. The terms that I most align with are sacred medicine and entheogenic. Acknowledging the spiritual nature of this path and long human history of this sacred work.
Here are the different ways I support sacred medicine work:
Preparation:
I support intentional preparation ahead of sacred medicine experiences. This includes:
Session work to clarify and set intentions ahead of your journey.
Preparing different parts of yourself for the journey. And inviting all aspects of yourself on board for your entheogenic experience.
Recognizing important signs and synchronicities during waking life.
Incorporation of dreamwork leading up to the journey.
Learning how to listen to the medicine as they do their pre-ceremony work with you. And noticing you are in the field of sacred medicine long before ingestion.
Practices to support your preparation like meditation, journaling, expectation setting, and creating a self-care kit to bring to your ceremony.
Preparation sessions will empower you to:
Enter your psychedelic ceremony with a clear intention.
Trust yourself and let go to receive the sacred medicine insights when you journey.
Feel confident to express your needs with ceremony practitioners and organizers.
Draw from a self care kit pre, during, and post ceremony.
Know how to deepen your initial insights immediately post-ceremony.
Integration & Implementation:
The time immediately following a sacred medicine journey is an important window of opportunity. Together we will unpack the experience, deepen insights, make meaning, and explore inspired action to embody your transformation. During this work I support you to:
Consciously work with important images and messages received in your ceremony to deepen their healing.
Cultivate a mindset to continue listening to the medicine. Medicine work does not just end with the ceremony. Sacred plant spirits continue teaching in your life beyond ceremony and regardless of ingestion.
Incorporate intentional dreamwork post sacred medicine journey to continue connecting dots and recognize new messages.
Design self-led ceremonies and rituals to deepen exploration and integrated embodiment.
Create daily practices to connect you to the wisdom the medicine shared.
Practice meditation techniques to strengthen your connection to important healing moments from your journey.
Skillfully work with psychological and emotional material that surface post ceremony.
Allow the emergence of further insight and listen for inspired action.
Integration sessions will empower you to:
Take inspired action at a balanced pace to honor your emerging truth.
Self-resource connection from your wiser self.
Weave your wisdom from your ceremony into your every day life.
Infuse the insight shared from the sacred medicine into your daily decisions.
Realign aspects of your life with new or reordered values.
Deepen your self-awareness and reflection.
Continue your deep healing and spiritual growth journey beyond the ceremony.
Note: integration sessions can provide immediate support post journey as well as to integrate a sacred medicine journey you already completed in the past.
My rates:
I strive to strike a balance between accessibility to this work and honoring my own needs. My standard rates for preparation and integration 60 minute sessions are $175. An initial in-depth new client intake is $250 for a 60 minute session. I offer sliding scale options for people with strong financial need.
For depth work I offer retreats
Retreats are an opportunity to dive deep and explore your mind/body/soul. We do this through meditation, ritual, ceremony, journaling, dreamwork, and somatic (body-centered) as well as cognitive processing support. I lead these half and day-longs locally at your residence if you live in the greater Washington, DC area. Or at an accommodation you arrange like an Airbnb if visiting from out of town.
Legal Hapè Half Day Ceremonies
One of the most impactful legal plant medicines I have worked with to date is Hapè. I offer this sacred tobacco and herbal snuff in legal half-day retreats. These ceremonial experiences are extremely effective at creating clarity during moments you feel stuck. Releasing outdated energies, habits, and behaviors you feel ready to let go of. And receiving guidance at major life transition moments. I unique facilitate hapè ceremonies through a somatic/body centered process and insight oriented framework.
Hapè ceremony rate: $700 includes a 3-4 hour facilitated hapè ceremony, one 60 minute ceremony preparation session, and one 60 minute session to integrate our work. I offer sliding scale options for people with strong financial need.
Full day retreat rate: $1400 (overnight accommodation not included). Includes a daylong retreat, one 60 minute retreat preparation session, and one 60 minute session to integrate our work. I offer sliding scale options for people with strong financial need.
