New chapters are exciting and also vulnerable and vulnerability can kick up old karmic dust.
2020 has helped me grow. Rollercoasters and all. I've gotten clearer about my priorities. I've become more comfortable in my skin. I've become braver to claim my space. And I've made big life changing decisions.
In a recent conversation with my husband I shared that the order of what mattered in my life has flipped. A younger me valued my achievements and my goals as my top priority. Now, I value relationships as my most precious priority.
My relationship with myself. With my loved ones. With my spirit team. While they've always been important, they've become central rather than supporting. And while that might not sound profound, it feels life altering in my body.
As this shift in priorities settles in my body I find myself standing at a new chapter in my relationship with myself, my partner, and our life together.
New goals, new intentions, new decisions lie ahead. And as always, as we step over the threshold of the old and into the new, fears of the unknown start to bubble to the surface.
New chapters are exciting and also vulnerable.
Vulnerability can kick up old karmic dust.
Karmic dust from our old wounds, ancestral patterns, past live histories, and social conditioning.
But when we’ve already done the inner shadow work to understand and heal these patterns, when the old pops up as we step into the new it’s an opportunity to:
Trust ourselves a little bit more.
Whether you and your partner are deepening your emotional intimacy, moving in together, planning to get married, or starting a family, I promise psychic doors from your past will pop up for closure whenever you step into a new chapter of life.
This week on the podcast I’m exploring how to energetically clear our past to embrace our future in our relationships. I explore:
Why our past patterns and people (e.g. ex's) come to visit every time we're stepping into change.
How the karma of our past pops up whenever we feel the vulnerability of uncertainty.
Why we should trust ourselves a little bit more at the beginning of each new chapter of life.
And some ritual suggestions for clearing out old psychic energy.
